• George L Carter Railroad Historical Society (NRHS): The George L. Carter Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society (NRHS), based in Johnson City, Tennessee, is dedicated to preserving and promoting the region's rich railway heritage.
• Johnson City Railroad Experience: The Johnson City Railroad Experience Museum is located on 207 North Boone Street in Johnson City. This is where the MEMRR club meets and where our layouts are displayed.

Big Train Show
