Decal change on O scale locomotive and tender

Hello! I bought a beautiful loco to use this year with my Christmas layout, but I don't want to keep the factory road name. I have the decals (Polar Express) that I want used instead, but I don't feel confident trying to do this myself. Is there anyone local who does this kind of work? Thanks so much!

What kind of decal is it, do you put it in water or is it the pen type? Are you in the Johnson City area?
